At Olioroma, our coffee is batched and roasted to order. Every bag of coffee is created specifically for the customer ordering it. To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted upon order. This means that our coffee is batched, roasted, prepared per the grind of your choosing and packed after the order is received and is not immediately ready to ship. Our order to ship time is typically 3-5 business days.
Ship to delivery time is generally 1-5 business days. However, due to COVID-19 delays, expect your order to arrive 1-8 business days after shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders up to 5lbs ship via USPS First Class. Orders over 5lbs ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Should your order come in damaged, mislabeled, or the wrong size, grind, or item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work to resolve the issue. We may ask for proof of damage or incorrect label/item/size. This is for documentation purposes.
We cannot accept returns. Please DO NOT send the coffee back we will work to resolve the issue once contacted and advise you of the next steps.
