What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship all of our products through the USPS. As our bags of coffee are roasted to order, the order to ship time is about 3-5 business days. Delivery is about 1-5 days after shipped.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, as well as other payments. Options to pay are available at checkout.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
What is your refund policy?
Start by notifying Olioroma at info@olioroma.com. Please state the reason for the refund request (damaged, wrong size, etc). Be prepared to provide any pictures of damaged goods. DO NOT SEND THE COFFEE BACK. As a food product, we cannot accept any returned products.
